Well I can only give Five Stars when I received a Ten Star service from Mark. Plagued by earwax (which my GP no longer cares about) Mark attended my home and delivered a thoroughly professional treatment series. I can't recommend him enough, he dealt with a tricky persistent wax blockage but was undaunted and now I can hear as I should. Don't hesitate to ask him to treat your own ears!

Mark, many thanks for the prompt service given this week regarding my de-wax. My alternative service had become long and stressful with time consuming phone calls to have an appointment made (for two weeks later} to get a referral for an appointment , so many weeks later still and be charged more, is not good news for an 84yr. old.
Thank you for; answering my call promptly, arriving at my home on time. All in all a very reassuring service which I can recommend to anyone wanting their hearing back as soon as possible. All sorted in 7 days and well worth it.

I have had a home visit, for ear wax removal, after suffering almost total hearing loss and a lot of discomfort. The initial response from Mark Challiner was very prompt and an option of clinic, or home visit was offered. Due to the amount of wax, particularly in one ear, a second visit was required. I am now back to enjoying full hearing and I have been very impressed by the professionalism and courteousness displayed by Mark Challiner. I would have no hesitation in recommending his services to anyone else.

I was suffering badly with impacted ear wax. I contacted Mr Challiner late one Friday afternoon who immediately offered me an appointment within a matter of several days. I explained how the dramatic and sudden hearing loss was impacting on my well being and i would go as far as to suggest my mental health. The tinnitus caused by the build up of wax was profound and effecting my sleep patterns. I confided in Mark that I was really worried.. Not only did Mark openly empathise with my situation, he obviously picked up on my anxiety levels and as a result offered a home visit the following morning. The whole procedure took no more than fifteen minutes and was 100% successful. Mark is a highly professional practitioner with an innate ability to empathise with his client base.
